You don't know what your engineers know. Furlough: Tab shows you — who owns what, what disappears if they leave, and where the knowledge lives.
Click any engineer to see what Furlough: Tab surfaces. What they own, what's undocumented, and what disappears if their role changes overnight.
Furlough: Tab integrates at the company level. Engineers don't install anything, opt in to anything, or change how they work.
Tab reads the work as it already happens — across code, tickets, chat, docs, meetings, and the AI tools your team is adopting. No installs, no opt-ins, no new habits to enforce.
Every commit, PR, review, and ticket becomes a thread in a living map — who actually owns what, derived from the work, not the titles.
Who you can't afford to lose, which teams are quietly entangled, and where the work is happening off the books — answered before the restructure, not after.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, applications, and integrations (collectively, the "Service") provided by Furlough AI, Inc. ("Furlough," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Furlough provides organizational intelligence software that passively ingests data from your company's existing tools — including, but not limited to, code and version-control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps), issue and project trackers (e.g., Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Shortcut, Trello), communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord), the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace suites (e.g., documents, calendars, and mail metadata), knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Coda), meeting and conversation-intelligence tools (e.g., Granola, Zoom, Google Meet, Gong, Fireflies, Otter.ai), and enterprise AI assistants and agent platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Google Gemini for Workspace, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Glean) — to map knowledge ownership, expertise concentration, AI adoption, and documentation gaps across your organization. The Service is deployed at the company level and sold to authorized organizational leadership.
The integrations named throughout these Terms include both currently available connections and integrations that are planned or in development. References to specific platforms are forward-looking and descriptive of Furlough's product roadmap; they do not guarantee that any particular integration is available at the time you subscribe.
The Service is intended for use by businesses and organizations, not individual consumers. By subscribing to the Service, you represent that:
The Service connects to third-party platforms ("Integrations") to ingest signals about your organization's activity. These Integrations include — and Furlough's roadmap contemplates expanding to include — code and version-control systems, issue and project trackers, communication and meeting platforms, the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace suites, knowledge bases, calendar and email systems, and enterprise AI assistant and agent platforms. Representative platforms are listed in our Privacy Policy. Some Integrations are planned or in development and may not be available at the time you subscribe. By enabling an Integration, you acknowledge that:
Your organization retains all ownership of data ingested through the Service ("Customer Data"). Furlough processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service and does not sell, share, or use Customer Data for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you. Derived insights (knowledge maps, risk scores, ownership graphs) are produced for your exclusive use.
You agree not to:
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Furlough will delete all Customer Data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by you in writing. Derived insights will also be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furlough's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Furlough shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Furlough makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the insights produced by the Service. Organizational decisions should incorporate human judgment and not rely solely on automated outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy describes how Furlough AI, Inc. ("Furlough," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our organizational intelligence service (the "Service"). We take data protection seriously. The nature of our product demands it.
Furlough collects data through two channels: direct interactions with our website and integrations with your organization's tools.
Website visitors: When you visit furlough.ai or request access, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Organizational data via Integrations: When your organization connects the Service to its tools, we ingest activity signals from those platforms. The specific data varies by integration:

This table is representative, not exhaustive. It includes both currently available integrations and integrations that are planned or in development; references to specific platforms are forward-looking and describe Furlough's roadmap. Additional integrations may be added in the future — we will update this table accordingly and notify affected customers before enabling new data collection.
AI tools — usage signals, not message content. For enterprise AI assistants and agent platforms, Furlough ingests usage and adoption metadata — that a tool was used, by which account, how often, acceptance and volume signals, and the mix of tools in play. We do not ingest the content of prompts or responses unless a customer organization explicitly authorizes it for a specific integration. These signals power adoption and AI-transition-readiness analysis, not surveillance of what an individual typed.
Notice is the employer's responsibility. The Service is deployed by a customer organization across the tools that organization already controls. The customer is responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, its workforce that applicable law requires. Furlough provides the tooling; it does not, and is not designed to, operate covertly with respect to the individuals whose activity it processes.
We use the data we collect for the following purposes and no others:
We do not sell, rent, or share Customer Data with third parties. We do not use Customer Data to train machine learning models outside the scope of your organization's Service instance.
Customer Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination:
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only process it on our behalf. We do not share Customer Data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any non-essential third parties.
Because the Service is deployed at the organizational level, individual employees within a customer organization should direct data-related requests to their employer. If you are an individual within an organization using Furlough and have concerns about how your data is being processed, we encourage you to contact your organization's administrator.
If you are a website visitor, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
Customer Data may be processed in the United States. If your organization is located outside the United States, by using the Service you consent to the transfer of data to the US, subject to the protections described in this policy.
The Service is designed for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your data rights, contact us at [email protected].
